Statesboro Bulloch County is emerging as the most highly sought after place to live in Southeastern Georgia!  Burktown is uniquely located between Stateboro and Brooklet, with easy access to Highway 80 and Burkhalter road. 

We are approximately 15 miles from the highway 67 exit on I-16, and a short drive for those working in Savannah who are looking for a less crowded and more affordable place to live.  Burktown is roughly a 30 minute drive to the new MegaSite development on I-16.  We welcome GSU faculty or other young professionals in our area to have a look at our brand new maintenance free development.  Burktown is not geared towards student living.
